The cozy living room features a large corner sofa and a 55” HDTV, with direct access to a terrace furnished with a stylish seating area. An adjacent dining area accommodates up to 8 guests. This level also includes a double bedroom (1.60m x 2.00m) and a modern shower/WC – ideal for guests seeking privacy or mobility convenience.


On the upper floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase, there are three additional bedrooms, one with king-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and two with twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined to create king-size beds. This floor also includes two sleek shower/WC bathrooms. Every bedroom is equipped with a 32” HDTV for your entertainment. The entire villa is air-conditioned and offers high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
