Beautiful, newly renovated City Centre Apartment, decorated and styled in a unique 1930's style. With gorgeous chandeliers in the living room and bedroom this apartment is a luxury stay for your visit to Birmingham. Located right in the heart of the City, you have everything you need a very short walk away. A perfect home for your Birmingham Adventure.


The space

This beautiful apartment has been recently refurbished with luxury decor including chandeliers in both main rooms. The home is styled like a grand 1930's home.


The open plan living/dining room and kitchen has large windows creating an airy, bright space for you to eat and relax after a long day in the City. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to cook a meal, including all cutlery crockery and utensils. The living room has a comfortable crushed velvet sofa which pulls out into a sofa bed. There is also a large smart TV for you to log into your streaming platforms so you can cosy up and had a night in!


The bedroom features a king sized bed, large TV and a dressing table. The centre of the room is the beautiful chandelier which creates a warm glow throughout the room.


The modern bathroom has a shower and complimentary toiletries.


Both TVs are Smart TVs supporting all streaming services and we have high speed Wi-Fi for internet access you can use throughout your stay.


Guest access

Access for guests is to the entire apartment.


Other things to note

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.


Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.


The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.


Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
