The villa is less than 150 meters away from the beach of Punta Prosciutto and Riva degli Angeli, with café, restaurant and beach establishments.

The centre of Porto Cesareo is 10 kilometers away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).

An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Only small pets admitted. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 56 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
