It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is made up as follows: - A 22 m² living room with TV and wifi (fibre optics) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 single bed. - One bedroom with 1 sofa bed and desk area. - A bathroom with shower and WC. The flat is ideally located in the Rochebonne district, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Paramé market every Wednesday and Saturday morning.
You can walk to Intra-Muros in less than 45 minutes along the beach.
Intra-Muros can also be reached by car in 10 minutes. Transport links : - If you are driving, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. - Bus: Lines 4 and 9, "Kennedy" stop - Nearest train station: 2.5 km - Nearest airport: Rennes 80km Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, who will be on hand to help you throughout your stay. Le Beau Site "🙂 Emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue sur la mer superbe. Logement neuf entièrement équipé. Place de parking extérieur, accès à la plage facile. Le calme pour bien profiter.
🙁 Bâtisse en cours de rénovation, des parties communes dans leur jus.
