Below Deck is a spacious one-bedroom apartment located on the lower ground floor of the owner’s home.
Torquay has many hills it was historically built on ‘seven hills’ which provide the backdrop to a waterfront scene down in the marina, pier and seafront.
The property is based in a quiet residential part of Torquay, although conveniently just a 10-minute walk down hill into town or an 18-minute walk to the beach, marina and the English Riviera’s coastline.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, and the galley kitchen is well equipped with quality kitchenware and appliances.
The large living/dining room is the perfect space to read a book in front of the cosy glows of the wood burner or enjoy a film on the Smart TV.
There’s also a handy study area here in case you should need to get any urgent emails done whilst away.
There is a pretty enclosed patio area at the front entrance secured by a gate with outdoor seating; the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing glass of something after a busy day exploring Torbay.

A lovely stay.
The appartment was immaculate and well furnished. We were very lucky to be the first people to stay there.
The surrounding streets are a bit dubious though and very steep hills. A car is a must !
Very friendly and helpful hosts.
Would definately stay here again although not overly impressed with Torquay as a Riveria resort.

Fantastic time and brilliant accommodation, however, some guests may struggle with the toilet.
