Apartment 14, in the Florimontagne A block, is a traditional chalet building of just 11 apartments with private parking area as well as an enclosed garage space. It is a 2 minute walk away from the main street of Le Chinaillon here in the resort of Le Grand Bornand.
This 149m² apartment is a duplex on the 3rd floor of the block. The ski locker room is adjacent to the front door of the building.
The apartment sleeps 8 people. On the top floor there is a double bedroom with kingsize bed, two twin rooms (one with zip link beds which can be a superking double if required), a bathroom with bath & shower above the bath plus a toilet. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and toilet. The open plan living room is large and spacious and incorporates the kitchen, lounge and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dish washer, large fridge and freezer, oven and micro-wave, Nespresso machine and enough cutlery, dishes, glasses, pans etc for 8 and more.
The lounge is comfortable, with two large couches, a flat screen tv, a DVD player and a HI-FI system. It also has a chimney for these cold winter evenings, which makes it feel all the more cosy!!
Next to the living room is a cloak room and a laundry room, (with washing machine, dryer) and also a toilet.
The lounge, kitchen and dining area have numerous windows as well as French windows leading to the large balcony which runs the length of the apartment. It is south facing with superb views of the surrounding mountains and the ski area.
The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)!
The apartment is strictly non smoking.
