The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, and a woodburning stove, a sitting room with Smart TV, and an external utility. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a bunk room, along with a shower room. Outside there is a rear garden with patio, furniture, and barbecue, and off-road parking for one car. Sorry, smoking is not permitted. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, and the beach in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Blue Lobster Cottage is a well-positioned dwelling to explore to coast of Cornwall. Note: The property is situated on a main road. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the property.

There is an off road parking space for one car which has been extended in May 23 and now measure 195cm wide x 435cm long.
There is also off road parking nearby and a car park just around the corner.
