Electric central heating and woodburning stove. WiFi, Google Home smart speaker, hair dryer, heated towel rail, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels (not beach) inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot included in rent. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and roadside parking on a first‑come, first‑served basis. One dog allowed per arrangement of an extra £35 per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.3 miles, beach 0.5 miles.
