**Fully Equipped Kitchen:**
Our fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home. From plates, mugs, glasses, knives, and saucepans to cutlery and wooden spoons, we've thought of every detail. Appliances include a kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, oven, and hob, as well as a convenient washing machine for your use.
**1 Bedroom with King Size Bed:**
When sleep beckons, retreat to the bedroom featuring a luxurious king-size bed. Hotel-quality linen and towels are provided, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Ample storage space is available for your belongings, so feel free to indulge in some local shopping without worrying about running out of space.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. Complimentary toiletries, including soap, shampoo, shower gel, and toilet rolls, are provided. Additional amenities include an iron and ironing board, hangers, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

- The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
- A £100 will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
- My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
- Mid-stay cleaning during your stay can be organized at an extra charge.
This property is available to accept bookings for 30 days or more
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

We want to try to cater to all guests therefore please bear in mind this is our family home and there are a few additional rules
- Parties are strictly prohibited
- Extra guests are not allowed
- Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.
- Keep the noise down, especially after 10 pm.
- This is your home in London, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
-Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.

If something needs to be fixed or replaced, we’ll let you know if it will be taken from your security deposit.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
