Kilmore Quay village is only a 10-minute drive, so you can go shopping and be back at the seashore in no time. The immediate area offers a variety of restaurants, beaches, cafes, and sporting activities. Take in the breathtaking views of the Saltee Islands from Ballyhealy sandy beach (3.2km).

Pet-Friendly Holiday Home NoteIf you reserve a pet-friendly holiday home and wish to bring a dog(s), charges apply. Charges are payable on-site to the On-site Manager @ €25 per dog; a maximum of two well-behaved house-trained dogs per booking is permitted. Dogs must be flea and worm-treated. The garden is completely enclosed by wire fencing; however, owners still need to keep dogs under supervision. Please reserve at the time of booking via our call centre, as your dog(s) will not be accepted without prior confirmation.

IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter, while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival, how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival, or at other it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year, this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Arrival days:
During peak season, this holiday home is available on a Friday-Friday basis.
4. EV Charger:
EV charger – Charge agreed with the Property Manager.
5. Hen & Stage parties:
Saltee View Holiday Home does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years) or stag/hen parties.
