Ground Floor: front door opening into porch with door leading into the Sitting Room: with comfortable sofas, TV with DVD player and feature fireplace, leading into Dining Room: with dining table, six chairs, step down leading into Kitchen: with microwave, gas hob and electric oven, under counter fridge and freezer and back door leading to small, courtyard garden with outdoor furniture. Door from kitchen to Downstairs Family bathroom: bath with shower over, wash basin and separate WC.
Steep traditional staircase with handrail leading to first floor landing with doors to Principal Bedroom: with King size bed and chest of drawers and feature fireplace, wardrobe.
