Luggage transportation by boat between the parking lot and the house is free of charge once upon arrival and once upon departure.

The distance between the house and the parking is walkable.

Pets are welcome, against surcharge.

Electricity and water should be used sparingly here.

Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom.

Given that the water stays in the tank at high temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy drinking water in bottles.

The water from the tank is good as it is for cooking and washing.

Electricity is provided by solar energy, 220 V, but devices other than cell phone/laptop battery chargers may not be brought or used.

The kitchen, living room and dining room are in one room on the ground floor, where there are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed.

In the kitchen there is a fireplace, a refrigerator with a freezer and a gas stove with 4 burners and an oven.

There are two single beds in the attic.
