Gansey cottage is ideally located overlooking the sea just a few steps from the beach and promenade and within easy reach of all the amenities. The cottage boasts a modern, light interior full of character to include a wood burning stove in the lounge, a Traditional steep Norfolk winder staircase to the two bedroom and a small rear courtyard.

Ground floor: Open the front into the Lounge: with wood burning stove, reclining sofa and chair, TV with FREE SAT. An open hallway leads to an open plan Kitchen/Diner: with electric oven, electric hob, microwave oven and fridge with freezer compartment, dining table and three chairs. The back door leads to an enclosed courtyard with seating and rear access to the promenade and sea front. Off the hallway is a door to a downstairs Family Bathroom which includes a bath, walk in shower cubicle, WC, pedestal hand basin. Off the hallway is also a Traditional Norfolk winder steep staircase leading to an upstairs small landing and the bedrooms.

First floor: Main bedroom: with King-size bed and TV. Second bedroom: with Queen sized bed.

Please note: Wi-Fi is available in this cottage and it is recommended that only children over the age of 12 years are suited to this property. Outside to the front of the cottage is a small, enclosed area with table and chairs to enjoy the morning sunshine overlooking Lifeboat Plain.
