Our 110 sq m apartment is located on the third and top floor in a building without elevator The interior space is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, moka, non-electric juicer and traditional oven - Living room with sitting area, queen sofa bed, dining area and TV - Bedroom 1: with a queen bed and wardrobe - Bedroom 2: with two single beds - Toilet with shower, toilet, bidet and sink - Panoramic terrace / garden of about 200 square meters with fabulous sea view, furnished with table and chairs Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, fans, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document. Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode.
We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival. The city tax of 1.50 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 10 nights, as provided by the municipality of Zoagli CIN: IT010067B4YTI9WXZK

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Allerdings gibt es hier keinen privaten Parkplatz man musste auf der Hauptstraße ein Platz suchen. Bäckerei Supermärkte befinden sich auch weiter weg. Ansonsten würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Very cool apartment with an incredible view. Calm neighbourhood and close to the sea and Rapallo. There is a bus stop right down the street to get to Rapallo or Zoagli. To return to the apartment later in the evening you will have to get a taxi since the bus doesn't run that late.

quand on paye 120 € pour des frais de ménage on s'attend pas à trouver un appartement très très poussiéreux avec des bêtes dans le luminaire. une machine à café avec des capsules aurait été apprécié c'est un plus pour l'accueil des clients. c'est juste un exemple parmis tant d'autres.
