This charming 47 m² duplex apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is less than a kilometre from the beach.
It is located in the commune of Le Palais on Belle-Ile en mer. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 20 m² living room with flat-screen TV, sofa (fixed), coffee table and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine, etc. - Bathroom with bath and WC. First floor: - A mezzanine with a double bed (140×190) - A bedroom with a single bed. The flat is ideally located in Le Palais, in a very pleasant setting right in the heart of the town, 200 m from the pier.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Nearby attractions: - The Vauban citadel located 400 m away (6 minutes on foot). - Sauzon 6.9 km away (26 minutes by bike). - La pointe des poulains 10.3 km away (40 minutes by bike). - La grotte de l'Apothicairerie, 11.2 km away (7 minutes by bike). - Plage du Donnant 8.3 km away (29 minutes by bike). - Les Aiguilles de Port-Coton 8.7 km away (30 minutes by bike). - Locmaria 11.7 km away (38 minutes by bike). Activities : Embark for the largest of the Breton islands, whether you are a fan of water sports, iodine flavours, art or adventure you will always be satisfied through unique experiences.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Bus: you can visit the island by booking seats on a tourist bus in summer. - Nearest ferry terminal: Port du Palais, 200 m away, with services from Vannes, Quiberon, Locmariaquer, Port-Navalo and Le Croisic ferry terminals. - Nearest airport: Lorient airport. - To hire a car: you can hire a car directly from Le Palais (in summer, it's best to book in advance). Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available. - The sofa in the living room is fixed, so there is no possibility of sleeping on it. - The bedroom cabin is under the roof. - Pets accepted (one pet only) at extra cost, please specify when booking. Emplacement et propreté parfait.Isolation phonique inexistante avec l'appartement mitoyen où les habitants parlaient voire crier jusqu'à 2ou 3 heures du matin !!!Importante infiltration dans le toit sous-pente de la chambre principale.Chambre auxiliaire très peu pratique

Le p'tit Palais "Très joli logement correspondant à l'annonce, un peu bruyant avec un des logements d'à coté qui mettait la musique assez tard dans la nuit.
Le logement est idéalement situé, nous avons passé un agréable séjour"
