From here you can jump on the Bure Valley Steam Railway, with the train stopping at mid station within the pretty waterside village of Coltishall, where you can jump on and off, or continue onto to the popular market town of Aylsham.
Fishing is available on your doorstep, seasonal and with licence required.
BeWILDerwood Adventure Park, with its tree walks, zip wires and much more, is a short drive away.

Wow wonderful situation. Horning is beautiful with great amenities and friendly service. Local shop had everything we needed on our doorstep. We tried The New Inn for a meal, food great with generous portions. Accommodation very comfortable but would benefit from a dishwasher and a bathroom upgrade hence the four star.Would highly recommend.

Well equipped, quiet house just set back from centre of Horning village.
Convenient parking and just a few minutes walk to river, coffee shops, mini supermarket, Post Office and best fish restaurant we know! Two pubs nearby with plenty of outdoor seating.

Fabulous well equipped holiday in lovely well located house. Very nice host. Good WiFi. First floor bathroom with wash basin and shower over bath, and separate toilet. Shops and restaurants close by. Plenty of on road parking. Well thought out welcome hamper. Pleasant garden with table and chairs. Can’t wait to return.
