The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for nine people, and a sitting room with TV, woodburning stove, books and games. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor twin with TV, a ground-floor family room with four singles, and a family room with three singles, along with a ground-floor shower room, ground-floor bathroom/utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and an additional shower room. Outside there is a large garden with lawn and furniture, as well as ample off-road parking. Within 1.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted at this property. Guests have use of the croft with a tree swing. There are two steps leading up to the family room on the ground-floor, please take care.
