Located on the first floor, reachable via a flight of stairs, it consists of a lounge with fantastic sea view, living area, kitchenette, double bedroom and twin bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and window. The property is completed by a fantastic and panoramic covered veranda accessible from the living room, equipped with a sofa and dining area. Casa Li Nassi, has an outdoor shower, barbeque, air conditioning, wifi and ceiling fans in the master bedroom.
You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
In case you do not receive the contract on time, you will need to contact the managing agency the property to the number indicated on the booking confirmation.

Gut gefallen hat, dass es innen am Anfang gut sauber war. Guter Ausgangspunkt zu guten Stränden, La Pelosa überlaufen, teuer aber um die Ecke. Gibt andere ebenfalls gute umsonst um die Ecke, z.B
Ezzi Mannu. Stinto auch gut für Bootstouren.
Rustikal ist noch Komfort. Hier nicht. Die Bilder stimmen mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort nicht überein. Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Klimaanlage ist durchgerostet und funktioniert nicht. Die Türbereiche sind angenagt, weshalb Mäuse Zugang zur Wohnung haben. Eine Terrassentür ging gar ni...

Management company and check in was wonderful. However, the entire apartment is a bit tired and worn out with missing shades, cracked tiles, chipped paint, etc The property is in a fairly good location distant from others. And the beach is just a 4 minute drive. Overall fine but desperately needs maintenance.
