The property, in the Traffic Restricted Area (ZTL), is located in the heart of the historic center of Rome, a few minutes on foot from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and Termini Station.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a service bathroom.

- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchenware and wine glasses;

- SERVICE BATHROOM accessible from the kitchen;

- BEDROOM I with double bed (1.60 x 1.90m), chest of drawers and wardrobe;

- BEDROOM II with single bed (0.80 x 1.90m), wardrobe, armchair and coat hanger;

- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and WC.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (portable air conditioners in the double bedroom), fan (in the single bedroom), independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, soundproof windows and hairdryer.

- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus n. 520 direction "Cinecittà" to "Tuscolana / Cinecittà" stop (9 stops), from which it is possible to take the underground (line A) to "Repubblica" stop (15 stops), a 7-minute walk from the property.


- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 10 minutes.


- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located within the Traffic-Restricted Area (ZTL). Street parking is available near the property (for a fee). Alternatively, it is possible to park, always for a fee, at Europarking garage in Via Napoli 66, a 5-minute walk from the property.
