Charming villa with private pool, located in the Mugello countryside and 40 km away from Florence.
It can accommodate up to 9 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. External Description Surrounded by a large fenced garden (approximately 3500 m2) with many trees, flowers and a well-kept lawn, the villa has a comfortable patio with barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals, and a private pool (7 x 4 meters, depth 1.4 meters), equipped with sun loungers. Guests also have access to a five-a-side football field surrounded by the greenery of the park and a private parking (4-5 places). Internal Description Villa la Bruscola is spread over 3 floors, it can accommodate up to 9 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Pets are not allowed. Basement floor: In the basement you will find: a games room with pinball and table football, a bathroom with shower, a living room, an equipped kitchen and a laundry room. Ground floor: The ground floor consists of: a dining room, an equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV corner. The sleeping area is made up of: a single bedroom, a twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms (including one with ensuite bathroom with bathtub).
The single bedroom and the twin bedroom share a bathroom with shower. First floor: The top floor houses a double bedroom, a sitting room and a large terrace. Een mooi, groot huis met gezellige vertrekken, verschillende balkons/terrasjes en een rustige ligging. In de buurt is echter genoeg te beleven met Florence en Bologna binnen het uur en ee heerlijk meertje op 10 minuten rijden. De vaatwasser werkte niet briljant, dus wat extra aandacht voor een schone vaat, maar verder helemaal top!
