Only a short walk from the centre of the vibrant town Aviemore, which is situated in the heart of The Cairngorms National Park, and at the head of the Speyside Way, the area boasts a range of shops, restaurants and bars.
You will also find a wide range of outdoor activities including, skiing, snowboarding, mountain, quad biking, climbing and hill walking, and a variety of watersports including zip lining and zorbing, all available locally.
Take a trip on the Cairngorm Mountain Railway, or visit the Cairngorm Reindeer Centre and the Highland Wildlife Park at nearby Kingussie.
The Landmark Forest Adventure Park at Carrbridge is also well worth a visit.
The lovely Spey Valley golf course and the Dalfaber Leisure Resort, with its wonderful array of leisure activities, are available close by.
Visit the Moray coastline, which was recently voted in the top 20 the best coastline destinations in the world and is peppered with little fishing villages and beautiful beaches.

Well appointed house but issues with hot water supply. On several occasions there was no hot water for a shower. A property for eight people should have adequate hot water supply.

Excellent house well equipped but location was not so good in Aviemore with two pre schoolers in group. Had to take the car even into Aviemore to restaurants.
