This delightful holiday cottage, converted from an old steading, offers tremendous views from the sheltered sun deck towards the Ochil Hills.
Within the owner’s lovely grounds, the cottage is peaceful and welcoming, smart and stylish.
A superb touring base set within wonderful scenery, it is only a ½ hour to Edinburgh and Perth and just a little further to Glasgow.
There is excellent walking on the doorstep, wonderful golf courses (St Andrews, Gleneagles), and very good pubs and restaurants nearby.
Take a walk round Loch Leven to Vane Farm (RSPB reserve) or a boat trip to see where Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned.
Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 7 miles.

A last minute break before Christmas. Very comfortable and warm cottage. We had a couple of inches of snow and the owner kindly cleared a path to the door. A rough farm track to the cottage. Unfortunately one of the bathrooms could not be used during our stay. We reported this to the owner when we left.

Our short stay was first class. Everything was easy to use and so comfortable. The cottage was spotlessly clean and the view over the lovely garden to the hills in the distance was spectacular. Best of all Kate and Dave were so friendly and helpful. We would love to go again.

This was our 2nd visit to this property so we new what it was like. Property is at the end of a 1/4 mile rough track but driving slowly made it ok. Enjoyed the holiday with many places to visit in this beautiful area.
