Sferracavalli is a delightful villa located just outside the medieval village of Sarteano, south of Siena. Surrounded by a fenced garden with fruit trees, lawn and flowering plants, the villa offers a relaxing setting in the countryside, a short distance from the town's shops and restaurants. The interiors are cozy and traditional, with two bedrooms and a living area furnished for comfort, terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams. The garden, designed for relaxation, has a small pool, bowling green, two shaded dining areas and a wood oven with barbecue. There is also a seasonal vegetable garden available for guests, while the quiet country streets in the surrounding area invite you to walk in the surrounding landscape.

Interiors
The villa is on one level. GROUND FLOOR — Entry under the porch into the living room with dining area and kitchen; a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden; a twin bedroom; a second bathroom with shower. A laundry room with external access is located next to the entrance. Air conditioning in the rooms.

Park
The villa is surrounded by about 1500 square meters of fenced and well-kept garden. The garden includes lawn, flower beds and fruit trees, including walnuts, cherries, plum trees, loquats and apricots. Two shaded outdoor dining areas are located in front of the house, furnished with a table, chairs, and a hammock. In front there is a large pergola, next to a built-in barbecue and a wood oven. A bowling green is located near the pool area, which is shaded by a gazebo covered by climbing plants. The entrance gate leads to a parking area in front of the villa. A second manual gate opens onto an olive grove and a vegetable garden maintained by the owner, where guests can harvest seasonal products. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

Pool
The pool is located a few meters from the villa, surrounded by lawn. Rectangular in shape, it measures 7 x 3 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m; it is covered in PVC with a terracotta edge; access by ladder; chlorine purification with a natural anti-allergic system; internal lighting. The pool area includes a cold water shower, sun loungers, deckchairs, a children's play area and a gazebo with sofa and armchairs. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
