Cocoonr agency offers you, in Saint-Malo, this beautiful, bright flat with vintage decor, offering a beautiful view of the Rance dam and Solidor. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), with a surface area of 60 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two en suite bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A bright living room with sitting area, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven...
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For added convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are available. Also at your disposal: a highchair and a cot (on request when booking, we can install a cot for your baby). For reasons of safety and hygiene, we do not provide mattresses, apart from the one already included with the cot. Feel free to bring your own if you wish).
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
Neighborhood and activities :
- Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shops and Solidor beach.
- Bars and restaurants within walking distance
- You can walk along the seafront to the historic center in 15 minutes.
- A market on the Place de St Servan 700 m away on Tuesdays and Fridays in the halles de la Place Bouvet, where you'll find fresh fish.
- There's a small oyster market every Sunday on Place Bouvet (place du théâtre).
- St Servan is famous for its main shopping street, the Solidor tower and the Cité d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
- It's a great place to live. You can admire the sunset on solidor from your window.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the free public car park nearby (100 m away).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare de Saint-Malo about 8 min by car (2.6 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport about 56 min by car (74.2 km)
Other remarks:
- This flat is equipped with wifi connection
- Pets are not allowed in the flat
- Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you'll find 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival.
- If you have a car, you can arrive independently by picking up the keys at a Keycafé, Ave Jean Jaurès, near the train station.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Non-smoking accommodation.
