Fantastic country house for 6 people, with amazing views from the private pool to the mountains and the fields of Montuïri.
Don't you think that the exterior area of this wonderful villa is a true paradise? The landscape is superb from any of the two terraces, with a clear panoramic to the green fields, the town and the mountains.
This will be your best company while outdoors.
Either having breakfast under the porch, basking in the sun on any of the 7 sun loungers or swimming in the salted pool of 8 x 4 metres and 1 to 1.80 metres depth.
There also is a barbecue available for those who really love grilled recipes. From the porch you enter a majestic living room, with two comfortable sofas, AC, pellet stove and satellite TV.
The dining kitchen, with a modern and relaxing style, offers a ceramic hob and AC too.The washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board can be found in the laundry room.
The bathroom in the house offers a shower and a bidet.
In order to rest, the house features three bedrooms with a closet, AC and exit to the outside each.
Two of them come with a double bed and the third has two twin beds.
A cot and a high chair also are available. The finca is located only 3 km away from Montuïri, a beautiful interior village where you will find all needed services for your stay, like a supermarket, bars and some good restaurant to enjoy the traditional Mallorcan cuisine and the typical "pa amb oli".
This is a land of crops and wind mills, with medieval remains and a highlighted traditional culture.
The Ma-15 offers an easy access to the whole island and, of course, to the amazing and paradisaical beaches and coves like Portocolom (31 km away), or Sa Ràpita and Es Trenc which are spectacular protected beaches.
Felanitx is not far away and it is the perfect town to visit on Sunday due to its great street market. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars.
