A large detached villa with ground and first floor.
It is built in a 1.333 m2 plot with a garden with a lawn, trees and palm trees, a 14x7 swimming pool and a large 35 m2 garage built under the house.
The house is 150m from the sea, 1000m. from Calafat Marina, 200m. from Cala Llobeta and 500m. from the beach Cala Calafaté.
The ground floor consists of a hallway, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunks, 1 full bathroom, a laundry room wich opens to a terrace with outside shower and washing line.
The living room is 40m2 and is divided into 2 levels, one of which has a cast iron fireplace.
It opens on to a terrace with views of the garden and swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully furnished and has an independent terrace with barbecue.
It has an inside staircase and the first floor consists of 1 twin bedroom with a bathroom and balcony, and a double bedroom with a bathroom and balcony.
The villa has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwaves, TV.

Ubicación, precio, comodidad, entorno, tranquilidad
Todo perfecto !!! Pero si se puede poner punto a mejorar, en las habitaciones pequeñas se agradecería unas colchas más monas y en general las mesillas de noche modernizarlas pero todo fantástico repetiremos

Grande la casa y el jardín , un acierto poner aire acondicionado este año , gracias Los colchones por higiene mejor fundas,, la cocina justos los vasos cubiertos, mejorar mensaje de cocina, fogones no funcionan bien, la nevera para 10 personas es pequeña en verano se necesita meter bebida y comida,

Hemos estado en familia estupendamente, casa grande, jardín bonito, una gran piscina, una pena no poder aprovecharla en este tiempo porque hacía frío pero el agua estaba limpísima.
Limpieza general de 10.
Económica.
Calentita en invierno.
Hemos estado muy bien, repetiremos seguro Por poner alguna pega la presión de agua de los baños.
