Villa Paqui – 10 Minuten von Cala Mondragó mit Pool, Garten & Wlan (Touristensteuer inkl.)

Thought I would write a detailed review. To set the scene we had a fantastic holiday. Communication with property manager re check in etc was great.The location is good. There is a road which runs near to the villa so expect some road noise. This did not bother us at all but may do others. The walk into Porto Petra is a short walk and the harbor area is beautiful. Just be aware though there is no pavement for the first 100 meters. There is space to walk just not a designated pavement.The villa is Spanish style with great air conditioning in all rooms.There is a staircase which leads to an upper area which has no furniture at all so it seems a bit of a waste of space to be honest. Perhaps some seating up there for morning coffee should be a consideration.To get to the pool you have to walk out and around to the steps to the rear of the villa which becomes a bit of pain. This is especially the case when wanting to use the BBQ area as you have to carry everything round the side of the property.We loved the private pool but did notice a few of the mosaic tiles have come away.The bath in the main bedroom has a crack in it but obviously this is quite a job to do mid season. The owners are aware.Could do with some nice modern sun loungers as it would be nice to lie flat (current ones don’t) when basking in the lovely Spanish sun.Like I said though great holiday good commutation just needs a tiny bit of love to bring up to scratch.

La casa è gradevole , piscina ottimo sfogo, camere ampie

posizione un po’ tropo vicina alla strada di passaggio . Vista e rumore delle auto un po’ fastidiosi. La disposizione su 2 livelli non è certo il massimo per cenare in giardino avendo la cucina e i servizi al piano superiore .
