Mit Blick auf die Berge beeindruckt die Villa 30 Personen, Pool, Disco, 10 min Strand in Alicante die Gäste mit ihrer fantastischen Aussicht. Die 2-stöckige Unterkunft besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, 9 Schlafzimmern und 9 Bädern und bietet somit Platz für 30 Personen. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem WLAN, ein Smart TV mit Streaming-Diensten, ein Ventilator sowie eine Waschmaschine. Darüber hinaus stehen eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Pooltisch zur Verfügung. 3 Babybetten und 2 Hochstühle sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
In jedem Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage mit Kühl- und Heizfunktion. In den Wohnzimmern sind Öfen vorhanden.
Dieses Ferienhaus verfügt über einen privaten Pool, einen Garten, eine offene Terrasse, eine überdachte Terrasse und einen Grillplatz.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe des Strandes, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß erreichbar und ein Tennisplatz ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Auf dem Grundstück sind 20 Parkplätze vorhanden.
Maximal 4 Haustiere sind erlaubt.

There was 22 of us that stayed in this villa in May 2018.... The age range was from 6months old to 32 years old. And we all absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful and the owner Maria was so helpful from the moment we enquired about booking it to the min we left. The pool area was fantastic for the children and lots of things around the grounds to keep them entertained. We haven't yet had a chance to go back, but it's definitely in the pipe line for the near future. Thank you so much for having us.

The Villa La Gran Duquesa is a fantastic place, we hired the villa for a large group weekend break and it more than suited our requirement. The pool and outside space is ideal for relaxing and making the most of the lovely weather. The equipment and facilities very good. The owner Maria was very responsive to any queries or problems we had both before and during our stay. The villa is ideally placed to access the local tram network and explore. We would certainly use again and would recommend this villa as a perfect party place.

Our stay at Villa La Gran Duquesa was awesome! There was loads of space for the 18 of us on the stag do. Maria was great in communicating with us before we arrived and sorted a coach transfer and bbq for us. The facilities were great, the pool being a massive highlight. All the boys agreed that it was good value and a perfect venue. Can’t fault this place and would love to visit again in the future.
