Overall, great place

The place was nice and had enough room for my family of 7. What I didn't find out until the night before we arrived was that the front desk at the place was closed on Sundays and Mondays. So any issues or questions we had were difficult to get answers to. We were given a lock code to get an envelope with our parking pass and amenity codes and rules. Upon reading the rules the first night there it mentions needing wristbands to use the all the amenities....we were given none. The Vacasa people via text didn't know anything about them either. We found out on Tuesday when they opened the front desk (our last full day staying there) that they hadn't provided bands in our envelope because they had run out. The codes to the sports court was wrong. Apparently you needed to check in at the front desk and sign each time you wanted to play. I asked on day one if the chairs and umbrellas on the beach were up for grabs. We were told no. The lady at the front desk on our last day said we were given a lot of wrong information....which was frustrating. No offer to try to make things better. But none of this was noted anywhere and the only people we had access to get information from seemed to know nothing. Although the location and room was great, it was a major hassle for all the other stuff. So, I'd ask those questions before booking....because we didn't think to and our stay could have been much better. Oh, one more small tidbit....there were only 4 forks total in the kitchen. For a family of 7 that didn't work so well. We had to go buy some disposable ones.
