This beautiful holiday villa is nestled at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande â the sister home to Huis aan de Duinen 5. Newly built and fully equipped, with a stylish beachy chic interior.
Ideal for a family, but also perfect for two families wanting to enjoy together.
With an infrared sauna, enclosed garden and the beach around the corner, this is the place for a luxurious and relaxing holiday. Free parking at the property, with the possibility to charge your electric car. Pets are welcome (maximum two). The garden is fully enclosed.
The property is suitable for families with children. Walk via the dunes to Zoutelande beach.
Enjoy a bite and a drink at beach pavilion De Strandzot.
Take a bike ride along the coast towards Vlissingen or Westkapelle.
Rent both villas (5 and 5A) for a larger group. Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00. Pets: Allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.

The dunes and beach are within walking distance.
At the beach crossing is beach pavilion De Strandzot, which is open almost year-round for a bite and a drink after a pleasant walk.
The area offers beautiful cycling opportunities along the coast. Huis aan de Duinen 5A is a luxury villa for eight people, stylishly furnished in beachy chic style.
On the ground floor is a spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
On the first floor are three bedrooms â two with double beds (the master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom) and one with two single beds.
In the main bathroom you'll find a wonderful rain shower, spacious bath and infrared sauna.
Both in the living room and outside on the terrace stands a large dining table where everyone can gather.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and wine glasses.
There's a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.
The garden is fully enclosed.
Baby bed, high chair and children's crockery are available.
Pets are welcome (maximum two). It's possible to rent this villa together with Huis aan de Duinen 5.

Alles beviel goed, mooie ruime luxe woning. We waren met 3 stellen en hadden allemaal een eigen luxe badkamer en genoeg privacy.
