The Cocoonr agency offers you a brand new flat for rent located in Lyon's 2nd arrondissement, Confluence, at the southern tip of the peninsula.

A superb pied-à-terre for two to visit our beautiful capital of gastronomy. It is composed as follows: - A living room with a sofa with a chaise longue, a coffee table, a television, and a single armchair - A modern, fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the kitchen utensils you need to prepare your meals.

Overlooking Rue Casimir Perrier, the room can be closed off with shutters and a curtain - A bathroom with a sink, large mirror, walk-in shower, washing machine, shelves, and towel dryer - The bedroom, with an open dressing room for storing your clothes, numerous drawers, and a wardrobe.
A double bed (140x200), and very high ceilings.
From the bedroom, you have access through a glass door to a covered patio where you can store your suitcases and find all the cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop, iron, ironing board). The toilet is accessible from the bedroom. For your comfort, reversible air conditioning is installed in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. A warm and peaceful place with tasteful decor.
