The property is located in Lido di Venezia, the only lagoon island accessible by car, perfect for those looking for sea, relaxation and convenient connections to the center.
The free beach can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes, as well as all the main services. The accommodation consists of a living area with sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom and garden shared with other residents. National Code: IT027042C2C43GDL36 Regional Code: 027042-LOC-14818 The space is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with chairs, table, single folding bed and TV; - SLEEPING AREA with double bed and space to store clothing; - KITCHEN with dining table, gas hob, fridge with freezer, oven, moka pot, wine glasses andother cooking utensils; - BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, toilet and bidet; - GARDEN (shared with other guests). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket Wi-Fi with LIMITED GIGA, air conditioning (1 split between the bathroom and the kitchen), independent heating, ceiling fan (in the sleeping area) and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: - To access the apartment there are some steps to climb. - The fireplace in the living room is a furnishing accessory and cannot be used. - The environment is enriched by particular furnishing objects: respect and attention are required. 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Venice. This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Aloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation. The Lido is famous for its natural dunes, sandy beaches, Art Nouveau architecture and elegant beach resorts. In just 5 minutes on foot from the house you can reach the splendid free beach of Lido.
A real convenience for those who want to enjoy the sea in complete freedom, without having to use transport or face long walks. From the residential neighborhood where the house is located, it is equally easy to reach Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta on foot - the main terminal of Lido.
From there, the vaporetto connects the island to the historic center of Venice in about 20 minutes, with frequent trips also in the evening and at night during the summer. - From the Venice Santa Lucia Station you can reach the apartment in about 45 minutes by vaporetto, taking line 5.2 to the "Lido S.M.E. A" stop and continuing on foot for about 10 minutes. - From Venice Marco Polo Airport you can reach the house in just over an hour, taking vaporetto B to the "Lido (S.M.E.)" stop and continuing on foot. - If you travel by car, the Lido di Venezia is the only island in the lagoon accessible by car, and in the surroundings of the property you can also find free parking.
