Located in the charming Malibu Village residence, made up of vacation-style cottages with outdoor spaces, this fully equipped T3 duplex offers a relaxing stay under the sun of Canet Plage.
The layout is as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with sofa and TV, open-plan kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a Senseo coffee maker.
The kitchen opens directly onto a second terrace with pool view, outdoor furniture, and an electric plancha grill. One double bedroom with storage and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: A second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and closet, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and an additional sleeping nook if needed. The unit is fully air-conditioned, has WiFi, and includes a private parking space. ?? Ideal for family holidays, thanks to its comfort, calm setting with a shared pool, and proximity to the beach. Please note: pool access requires a wristband (available at an additional cost). Optional services: Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be reserved in advance and collected at key handover. • Double bed kit: €12 • Single bed kit: €9 • Towel kit (one large and one small towel): €8 A security deposit will be requested before your arrival; a secure link will be sent 10 days prior to check-in.
