The 2 guests have at their disposal a large double bedroom (bed size 200 cm. * 160 cm.) with 3-seater sofa, a bathroom with window and sink, toilet, bidet and large shower and a kitchen/entrance with table for 4 people and complete equipment: fridge, freezer, 4 gas burners, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans (the washing machine is external).
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and fan.
Also included are bed linen and towels, soaps for the shower, dishwasher and washing machine, Two bicycles are available free of charge for guests to explore the city and reach the beach (subject to a security deposit of €50.00 each in cash).
A cot can be provided upon request (at an additional cost of € 50,00 per stay) to be requested well in advance.
Our opinion: Ideal accommodation for couples or friends who want to enjoy nature and the sea (easily reachable by bicycle or on foot along the road or via a path in the pine forest).
The two free bikes are a huge plus.

On the sidewalk of the street there is a pedestrian gate that leads to a pleasant flowery courtyard, shared with two other houses. The driveway is excellently decorated with flowers and plants and allows pleasant al fresco dinners with a portable table. Accommodation very close to all amenities: tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, newsagents, greengrocers, small stores, Coop supermarket, launderette, laundry / ironing room, pharmacy, bank, post office. Bus stop right in front of the house (also for Viareggio with night service to the discos). Everything is very convenient and close, for a truly relaxing holiday! The beaches are sandy, both equipped and free, with fragrant dunes of strawberry tree, pine and broom. There are many paths in the middle of nature to be covered on foot and by bicycle, including through the Pineta di Migliarino-San Rossore National Park. A few kilometers away, for mountain lovers, there are the Apuan Alps, with their paths and shelters from which to admire breathtaking views. In the surrounding area the main attractions are: - Pisa: Piazza dei Miracoli and Leaning Tower. - Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta (known as the "Little Athens"): art and entertainment. - Lucca: the city of 40 churches, surrounded by 4 km of perfectly preserved walls. - Florence: cradle of the Renaissance, art, culture and good food. - Cinque Terre: a unique route in the world between villages overlooking the sea Main Distances Torre del Lago is 20 km from Pisa, 20 km from Forte dei Marmi, 25 from Lucca, 90 from Florence, 90 from the Cinque Terre. Just at 400 meters a tennis club with 4 courts on clay immersed in the pinewood At just 15 km. you can find the Forte dei Marmi Golf Course Easy free parking in the main Street in front of the apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! daniele was very nice and accommodating and offered free bicycles to use and told us about a super cute trail by the river to ride. It was a beautiful ride that went to a secluded beach. We rode to the end of the restaurants along the beach which was easy with the bik...

Appartement propre en plein cœur du village de Torre del lago. Le stationnement pour la voiture à été un peu compliqué car peu de place et beaucoup de monde. Le théâtre où les représentations de Puccini se font est un peu loin (1h à pied). La communication avec Nicola a été correcte
