Boasting breathtaking 180-degree panorama of St Ives Bay, this spacious luxury penthouse sleeps eight in four comfortable rooms.
Located at Gwel Marten apartments it’s just a short walk to the beach, SW coastal path and scenic rail link to St Ives, a superb base for your family beach getaway.
Its spacious living area with a balcony running the full width, is bright and airy with views which need to be seen to believed.
Sink into either of the sofas and be mesmerised by the Cornish vista, if you're lucky you spot dolphins playing in the surf below.
After watching the sunset over St Ives enjoy some family fun with the entertainment provided including a smart TV with BT Sport and complimentary Netflix.
The dining area seamlessly flows from the lounge and enjoys the same panoramic views.
A table and chairs for eight allow you to dine in comfort with a stunning ocean backdrop.
The kitchen is part of the open plan setting so the chef can enjoy the same stunning views and socialise with guests too.

If you enjoy walking the dramatic coastal walk is 20 mins to St Ives or try the headland to Porthkidney Sands.

The living areas in the third-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen containing an oven/grill, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for eight people, and a sitting area with a TV with BT Sport and Netflix, TV, Bose Soundtouch 10 wireless speaker, and a PS4 with a selection of games. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size, a twin with TV, Nintendo Wii and games, and a twin, along with a bathroom and shower room. Two cots and highchairs are provided, however guests are asked to bring their own cot bedding. Outside, there is a seaward facing balcony with furniture, a south facing decked terrace with furniture, a seaward facing communal gardens with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, a pub and a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Blue Vista is a family-friendly apartment in Cornwall for the perfect coastal retreat. Note: Check-in at 4.00pm, check-out by 10.00am.
There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £100 for this property. Access from the parking area, opposite the apartment, is up three flights of stairs with handrails.
Please note, render clearance works are scheduled to be completed on the 25th, 26th and 27th March 2026 at Gwel Marten Apartments. On these three days, we kindly ask that all windows are kept closed to allow for the works to commence. Guests should not be disturbed due to the nature of these works.
