Magnificent apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Guardamar del Segura-Alicante, El Raso, in the south of the Costa Blanca.
The beautiful white sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura are just a few minutes' drive away.
The apartment is within walking distance of the Las Lagunas de La Mata nature reserve. The enclosed complex is called Oasis Beach: a green oasis with palm trees, 2 swimming pools, outdoor sports, putting green, bowls and a playground.
There is also a very spacious spa with sauna and a large whirlpool, which you can easily and free of charge reserve for exclusive use (closed between 15 June and 15 September). The modern 3-bedroom apartment (112 m²) is located on the ground floor, with views of the swimming pool and the large garden. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free wifi. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, an integrated wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower (rain and hand shower). A hairdryer is available. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and an integrated wardrobe.
The third bedroom is equipped with 2 separate beds and a Smart TV. The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower with rain and hand shower. Open kitchen, equipped with all conveniences, dishwasher, combination microwave/grill, multifunctional oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, combined washing machine with dryer. Living room with sofa and dining room (table for 6), 55 inch Smart TV with Apps (Netflix, Apple TV, TuneIn, Amazon Prime Video etc.) connected to Ethernet, wifi ready. Enjoy the view from the loggia with a table for 6 people.
The glass sliding doors can be fully opened. The large terrace is equipped with 2 sun loungers and a small table.
Direct access to the swimming pool and activities. An underground car park is available free of charge.
There is also a private car park for Oasis Beach outside the complex, as well as ample street parking available. The apartment also has the following facilities: 2 beach chairs, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner ... Upon arrival, the beds are made up and towels are ready for you. In the Oasis Beach XI complex, there are 3 gates that give you access to the domain as a tenant.
This means that this is not always the nearest gate to the rented apartment.
However, the domain can be left via all gates. There may possibly be a camera system present in the dwelling.
During the rental period, the camera system will be switched off. This can be achieved by temporarily disabling the camera system or by physically covering the cameras. Various restaurants in El Raso within a few minutes, minimarket, porcelain shop and pharmacy. The 11 km long sandy beaches of Guardamar del Seguara are just a few minutes' drive away.
The picturesque Playa Moncayo is 4 km and 9 minutes' drive away. On Sundays, the famous Lemon Tree Market is just a few minutes' walk away. Distance to Miguel Hernández airport, Alicante: 38 km (35 minutes' drive). Enquire about baby/children's equipment options. The cleaning supplement includes bed and bath linens, service during your stay and a personal check-in and check-out, so you can enjoy your stay without worry. The price of the linens includes: bedding (beds are made upon arrival), 1 shower towel, 1 swimming pool towel and 1 small towel per person, as well as 2 kitchen towels per accommodation. Important: For check-in and/or check-out on Sundays and Spanish public holidays, a supplement of €25 applies.
An additional charge of €25 will also be levied for check-in and/or check-out after 20:00 hours.
These supplements must be paid in cash upon arrival. The mentioned rental rates include energy costs, unless more than 100 kWh per week of electricity is consumed.
For extra consumption, €0.45 per kWh will be charged.

We had a fantastic few days here. The apartment was pristine with all the necessary amenities. The community pool was lovely. So refreshing. The host was very accommodating and flexible. Will hopefully become an annual base for our golf visit!
