Casale Le Querce di Cetona is a carefully restored 19th century Tuscan farmhouse located in the countryside near the medieval village of Cetona.
Renovated to respect the original structure, it preserves local stone walls, chestnut beams, terracotta floors and exposed arches.
Furnished in a traditional rustic style, with period wooden furniture, bookcases and works of art, it is spread over three levels with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Ideal for outdoor living, it has two outdoor dining areas and a pool on a raised terrace.
Surrounded by oaks and olive trees, the lush garden offers shaded corners and panoramic views of the hills.
The location is strategic for visiting Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza and the spa towns of San Casciano dei Bagni and Chianciano. SECOND FLOOR — Studio; double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub. (N.B. The fireplace is ornamental). Air conditioning in 4 bedrooms and in the living room. Park: The fenced garden surrounding the house measures about 1,500 square meters within a property larger than 3 hectares.
Oaks and olive trees provide natural shade, while hedges of rosemary, bay leaves, oleanders and other local essences complete the green.
A pergola near the kitchen is furnished for outdoor dining and has gas barbecues.

Two uncovered parking spaces are located near the secondary entrance, with access to the laundry room.
