We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Malo, this charming flat with a surface of 38 m ² and being able to accomodate to 3 travellers.
Located on the 3rd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom.
Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with a sofa. - A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee machine... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) with a view of the inner city and a view of the sea. - A bathroom with bathtub. - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, baby bed, iron. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment and well situated less than one kilometre from the Grande Plage du Sillon.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : The ancient corsair city of Saint-Malo is built on a rock.
With its magnificent ramparts, it offers a magnificent panorama over the sea and the Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Sark.
If the tour of the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier is not to be outdone either, with its picturesque cobbled streets, its rich shipowners' houses and its castle, whose dungeon is home to the Museum of the History of the City and the Malouin Country.
In Saint-Malo, you can watch the high tides or the start of the Route du Rhum, go to the National Fort at low tide, built according to Vauban's plans, discover Chateaubriand's tomb on the Grand Bé islet, and take a boat tour of the bay of Saint-Malo... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the free or paying public car park near the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Saint Malo train station located at about 5 minutes on foot. - Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport located about 18 minutes away by car. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Logement extrêmement propre. Calme malgré la proximité du port. L'emplacement central parfait pour profiter de la ville intra-muros, de la plage ou des transports en commun pour accéder à l'arrière-pays.
