Property layout – ground floor: - Kitchen - Dining room - Living room with open fire - Bedroom 1: double (4 foot bed) sleeping 2 suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. - Bathroom: separated shower and toilet Property layout - first floor: - Bedroom 2: double ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: twin ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 4: single sleeping 1 - Main bathroom To the rear of Innisfallen Holiday Home No.4 is a garden with patio with the furniture provided.

Charges are payable on site to the On-site Manager @ €25 per dog.

Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner.
In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid.
We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking. 2.
Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €300 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner.
This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival.
In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3.
Towels: Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge.

The fact that each bedroom had ensuite which was very handy. Very spacious rooms, WiFi excellent which is also important.
Dryer in utility room needs to be replaced. Maybe greenery at centre of estate needs mowing. Check in and out times bit early and late as half the day gone. Otherwise excellent.

The house was a good size. It could have been cleaner, but on speaking with Deidre she did explain the decorators were due in Monday.
Just a bit to far out of town. It was 14€ everytime we went on and back from town. Much further than told on site.

Location of the property. Size of house. Towels provided. Owner was so nice and helpful on phone. House looked newly decorated since I last stayed here which was nice. Those horrible standard holiday prop orange curtains gone .
